“After my most recent haircut experience ending with me sobbing my eyes out in my bathroom, I was absolutely blown away by the skills, kindness, and education that Juby showed me while helping me achieve the hair of my dreams!

Not only was he extremely communicative and patient, but he took his time to understand exactly what I desired and, throughout the appointment, educated me on my hair's texture and needs.

As an autistic person, I get extremely nervous when getting haircuts. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use extremely quiet hairdryers, and they even brought me tea, which eased my nerves. ♡

Overall, this was one of the best hair salon experiences I've had in a very long time, and I look forward to coming back to Juby for my next hair adventure!

“I was in Vancouver for just a few hours and badly needed a haircut. They were able to take me as a walk-in, and thank goodness they did! I had such a pleasant experience at the salon. Kaii cut my hair and Vincent washed it first, and then styled it after the cut. They were so friendly and professional. The washing included a scalp massage from Vincent, which was fantastic. “Ire did such a wonderful job with my hair - both the cut and the colour. At each step, she explained things very thoroughly and always made sure I was happy with the direction before continuing. She was very knowledgeable with colouring; she explained how the coloured hair would look now, in the future, and how it would work on your own hair. It wasn't one of those salons where you show them the photo, they do it, and off you go - Ire explains how that colour would work for you specifically.
