As an autistic person, I get extremely nervous when getting haircuts. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use extremely quiet hairdryers, and they even brought me tea, which eased my nerves. ♡

I like the online appointment system and the free parking at Garden City Shopping Mall. I like Galen because she is an excellent haircutter/stylist but all the staff are excellent hairdressers. She was very knowledgeable with colouring; she explained how the coloured hair would look now, in the future, and how it would work on your own hair. It wasn't one of those salons where you show them the photo, they do it, and off you go - Ire explains how that colour would work for you specifically.
