“A few years ago while out walking up 6th Street I noticed that there were very often men sitting in Tracy's chair. I then suggested, strongly, that my husband change salons and start going to Tracy. Never looked back. His hair is always impeccable and precision cut. She does a great job. On top of her skills with hair her terrific, friendly and engaging personality makes every visit a fun experience. She's an absolute treasure.“

“Great Customer Service! Went on Friday, and she told me she was fully booked for Friday. So, we made arrangement on Saturday first things in the morning. She told me she will spend 90 min, and if I do not purchase, she will charge for her time CAD 60.00 for consultation. And if I decide to purchase, she will waive the consultation fee. On Saturday, She spend 90min with me, and putting whatever the Wigs I wanted to see, and she kept me also suggested what I feel comfortable with. She never push for sale, she let me choose what I would like and feel comfortable with.She was very clear about money, and she was very considerate about how I feel comfortable.Great selections on Wigs, I decide to purchase 2 of them.She also gave me Wig Hanger, and how to take care of Wig, and she also told me the she can fix the Bang or Curl for the Wig according to your desire.“

“Natalia is the best! 2 months ago, I came for a full hair color and hair cut. The color I wanted was light brown so she needed to bleach my hair. She also recommended to do a color correction due to different shades of brown I had in my hair. The whole process took her almost 9 hours because she doesn’t want to rush the bleaching process. Otherwise, I’ll end up with brittle hair. She is very patient, professional, and knows what she’s doing. My hair had way less split ends compared to the other salons that bleached my hair. (It’s a known fact that bleaching brittles and dries out the hair that can cause split ends) Plus, I received a lot of compliments with my hair! Now, I’m no longer scared to have my hair bleached and colored because now I know where to go. Thank you Natalia and team Eclipps :)“

“I think this place was taken over. There was only a very lovely Vietnamese woman and her sister who did nails there. This is no 5 star salon with those bright glimmering lights that make you look good no matter what but if you would like a good hair cut for a very good price (especially in today's day and age) then go here. She spent an hour on my hair meticulously cutting and adding layers with a quick blowout and style for a great price and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be going back here again. Highly recommend“
