“We had to replace the screen of my daughter’s MacBook and the staff was polite and diligent. I had brought in my own screen (new) for him to replace but after it was replaced, it turned out that the screen I brought in was also cracked so he helped me order a brand new part and didn’t charge me for the service fee (for replacing the broken screen) even though the fault was on me. He quoted me a price for the new screen but when it was done the next day, he told me he only needed to replace one thing instead of the entire screen, so it ended up being lower than what he quoted me. He could have just charged me the full price and I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference since it was a brand new screen but he was so honest. Plus he replaced it in a day even though I had expected shipping of the new screen to take an additional day. Overall, he went over and beyond expectations and I’m grateful for his honesty!“

“I just landed in Vancouver to see my dad. He message me the day before his phone is dead (Samsung S20). After lunch, we went to picked up his phone after it has been reqaired. When we arrived at the shop in the parking lot on a Saturday afternoon, his spare phone rang. They called to let my dad know his phone repair is ready and we went in and picked up the phone. The guys there are friendly and courteous. They swap the SIM card back for my dad, I asked if this is a common/know problem w Samsung , they said yes. It's a know problem, motherboard is fried. I was glad they got parts and ready to make the repair in a few hours. We went back within an hour, I also asked them to take out my blue-ray cracked glass and replace it with another one. I really appreciate small business helping senior and my dad is over 90 w/o giving them a run-around, honest / fair pricing. We have also bought phone car accessories from this place before. I also told my dad they also do laptop repair as well. I am glad this place is in Coquitlam instead of another place.“
