Ross was incredible and went through everything I needed to know about being a new owner to the Ford lightning, I was quite nervous to begin with taking over a vehicle that’s strictly run on electrical. He eased all of my concerns and definitely I’m sold on the idea. All the features on the vehicle were quite overwhelming, at first!Ross made a point to make sure that I understood everything before leaving. I am now in such appreciation of this cool vehicle and the fact that I got a tutorial on everything from Ross.
