The staff at Boyd Autobody and Glass are amazing, they were patient, competent, knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to help me deal with my car after I was in an accident.Kevin and Jackson and the rest of the staff are fantastic! About 18 months ago another body shop completed a sub-standard repair on my car door that resulted in my car door handle falling off. I stopped in ay Boyd to schedule an appointment and get an estimate done on repairing the repair job (I have used Boyd in the past for ICBC claims and already trusted their workmanship). They spent about 10 min talking with me about the repair and potential options and was bracing for a estimate in the 100's of dollars. Brought my car here because it was close to home but more importantly, it was on ICBC's list of recommended body shops. I dealt mainly with Jackson and I was very satisfied with my claim. He was able to walk me through the claim and repair process and answered my questions with professionalism and integrity. I was feeling a bit rattled because of my accident but he reassured me along the way and I definitely felt more at ease.
