**Update.. I had highlights and lowlights done today by Pamela. My hair is very thin and baby fine, si most stylists don't actually manage "baby"lights and I usually end up with thicker babylights. Pamela is the only stylist I've ever seen that actually knows what babylights should be. Not to mention she truly knows how to work with my hair type (in all sincerity, this has never happened. So I'm extremely fortunate to have found her.) I didn't even have to show her photos of what I was hoping for.
Pamela is a hair magician. I'm very impressed and happy!

They’re best at fade type styles and youthful fresh looks, like soccer player looks etc. Would not recommend for medium or long styles, pretty uncommon amongst barbers anyways, if so ask for the main guy he’s more well rounded and skilled and can communicate well. I find over 30-35 bucks for buzzer cuts a little steep, particularly for young teens but nonetheless it’s understandable, for a medium to long style totally understand. If a fresh young look or short clean style and a clean well managed Barber shop is what you’re looking for id recommend. Nice business.

I'm new to Beach House and have been Tanning here for the past couple months. I was going somewhere else for 20 years but they closed/moved. 1 of the reasons I took off a Star is because I'm used to the Beds I've used for 20 years which give u a Darker Deeper Bronze cause of the Special Bulbs used in the Beds and this place doesn't have them so I'm not getting as dark as I used to get. BUT Beach House still has options of Beds for u to choose from which is Nice. A couple different Lay Downs and A Stand Up. On Top of that, the Ppl that work there are Very Friendly and I don't know if it's True or Not but I swear it feels like 1 of the owners is So Nice, Thoughtful and Accommodating that when I come in to tan, She changes the Music Station to what she thinks I'll Like, so that I can Enjoy my Tan
even More ? Overall I Definitely Recommend checking this place out and it's only less than a 5 min walk away from the train station.

Yosef and his team did a great job on our renovations (living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, lighting, and flooring). Yosef responded to messages quickly, was reasonably priced, resolved any issues competently, and had the renovations done in a reasonable time frame. We are very impressed by the end result! Our huge (725 sqft) deck, topped with plywood and coated with layers of fiberglass, was badly in need of repair after probably more than 50 years of good service. The old plywood had to be removed entirely, replaced with new plywood, and topped with vinyl. It took us a year and a half to find someone to repair it, and here’s what happened when we finally got them to fix it.
Consummate Craftsmen: It was a joy to watch them work. The thoughtfulness, planning, and precision of their cuts and measurements, with minimal waste and an extremely clean workplace, made it a pure joy just to see them in action!
Commitment: The hot summer days were almost forgotten. They performed the heat welding in the middle of the day, accepting the heat and sun. Their focus on excellence in the craft was a sight to behold.

Parminder worked on my arthritic hand, and showed me some exercises to keep it limber and strong. It feels great!
Dr. Alexander Lee came highly recommended by my husband and also my sister, so when I was dealing with lower back/knee pain, I made an appointment with him. He did not disappoint! I left feeling a lot better than when I walked in. 2 days later I am feeling even more relief. He also gave me some stretches to do as I am a runner and a baker so I am prone to these sorts of aches and pains.

Julie was absolutely incredible! I didn’t even have to tell her where my pain was located and she could immediately tell. The service was perfect for my pain and I’m looking forward to pursuing treatment. I drove 45 minutes to go there and I will again because it guarantees proper treatment.
Bonus stars for the receptionist - I was doing too many things at once and booked too many appointments but she was so kind and helped me figure it out!

It has been many years since I needed the services of a RMT, but over the last few years the tension in my neck and shoulders had been building and so I did some research. Landed on the Clinic as it looked promising, it was in downtown New West and within easy walking distance. I chose to make an appointment with Broxton as he appeared to have the knowledge base and experience I was looking for. Lucky me. The building is very secure and the room was nicely appointed. My first session was great. Broxton asked the right questions and was very caring. I have booked a follow up and recommend him.
I came to Prana to have my frozen shoulder treated. Mini Duvvala was my physiotherapist and she was able to help me and now my frozen shoulder is no longer there. Though, it took sometime (a few months) for the treatment to work. I am happy now that i can raise both of my arms with no pain.

The acupuncture treatments have been effective. I am feeling better since I began the procedures 3 weeks ago.
I have never had acupuncture before and was only drawn to it as a possible option to relieve Tinnitus volume. I suddenly developed tinnitus in summer of 2020 and it has never gone away. A high pitched, constant shrill ring like you hear in war movies when a grenade goes off.Erryn was very friendly and inviting. She took plenty of time to discuss my issue, what I've done for treatment, and what I was looking for out of the session. She then explained to me what it was she did and had diagrams on the wall to help illustrate what she was explaining.The session was a new experience for me but not uncomfortable. Most of the needles I barely felt except for 1 or 2 that were a bit tender. But overall felt perfectly fine. The bed was heated which was nice and relaxing.I waited several days after my session to see if I had any response to the treatment as everyone is different. The first day and a half after the session my tinnitus volume spiked loudly. But by Saturday evening I felt there was a noticeable difference. And now almost a week later, I would say that the overall volume of the ringing has gone down some. During the day I would almost always hear the ringing underneath everyday noise, and now I don't even hear it sometimes. At night, which is usually the worst as it's quiet, the tone is much more tolerable. The pitch does fluctuate daily but overall I feel this treatment has actually improved my situation by overall reducing the volume of the ringing to a more manageable level.I'm pleased with the results and am relieved to know that if the ringing were to gradually increase in volume again I could go back and have more sessions to relieve the distress.Overall, I am happy with the results. Erryn was great at conversation, relaying what she was going to do, and putting me at ease. I may have to attend in the future for back issues. I recommend Erryn, if acupuncture therapy is something you are looking for.
