I started working with Keith 2 years ago to address burnout and anxiety from my job.Over the past two years, Keith has helped me to manage my anxiety and find better tools to address this and other matters that were holding me back. He is very kind and empathetic counsellor!I love that I can either go and see him face-to-face but can also meet with him virtually when needed.Keith has helped me to find my words and recognize that I need to make self-care a priority for myself.While my anxiety will never truly go away, he has helped me in so many ways with providing me insight and better tools to address whatever comes next.I highly recommend Keith as a counsellor.
Starting therapy can be an intimidating task but Keith quickly makes you feel at ease talking through things. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. Overall, a great guy to talk to if things in your life are stressing you out! Couldn't recommend enough.
