Damage Restoration near Coquitlam

“I had a flood in my basement suite. Called THV Ltd.They came and did the emergency restorations right away. Set up dryers, talked about the process and gave a time line once approved. Ken Bradshaw said it would take 4 weeks for the repairs. Now... I work in the insurance industry and these things never take less than 3 months, regardless of the size of the job.Ken & his team came back to do a scope of the repairs submitted it to my adjuster.Jan 4/24 started repairing my suite and by January 26th all repairs were complete.My tenant got to move back in for Feb 1st.Amazing customer service, delivered on time and kept his word. “I called them and they showed up ASAP. The smell from the sewer back was to much for us to handle. There was floaters everywhere. We left the work to the professionals. They got the work done professionally and on time as they said. Hopefully we don't have another claim but I know who I will call if it does“
