I had a flood in my basement suite. Called THV Ltd.They came and did the emergency restorations right away. Set up dryers, talked about the process and gave a time line once approved. Ken Bradshaw said it would take 4 weeks for the repairs. Now... I work in the insurance industry and these things never take less than 3 months, regardless of the size of the job.Ken & his team came back to do a scope of the repairs submitted it to my adjuster.Jan 4/24 started repairing my suite and by January 26th all repairs were complete.My tenant got to move back in for Feb 1st.Amazing customer service, delivered on time and kept his word. Last week, the EPC light on my car suddenly lit up while I was driving, so I went to the nearest Evergreen Auto. Although John was very busy, he politely attended to me, even though I didn't have an appointment, and scheduled an inspection for the following week. When I went back the next week, the light was no longer on, but John still patiently checked for various possible issues and explained the principles to me. When I asked about the cost, he said there was no charge since there was no problem. I am grateful for John's thorough inspection, which gave me peace of mind. I even saw a crow come in to chat, which turned out to be an old friend of John's. Overall, John is a very kind and professional auto mechanic. Although I have sold my car and am leaving Vancouver soon, and may not visit the auto shop recently, I highly recommend friends in Vancouver in need of auto repair or tire services to go to this shop and see John.
My 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid is long past it's BBD. The steering column U-Joint had failed, so it had to be replaced. My usual go-to guy up the street flat out said he wouldn't touch it... But Ed's was more than willing, and once the new part arrived from Ford they did the Re & Re. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but they stuck with the quoted estimate and didn't charge for the extra labour time. Was more than happy with the job done. Thanks guys.

Have relied on Image Nails Studio almost as their first customer. Every few weeks they remake beautifully graceful and natural looking nails over genetically inferior ones, though have been known to stick them in harsh chemicals. Parvin does exceptional facial with deep extractions which most people don’t do. It’s a must to clean out all the oils and dirt from your pores. This is not your ordinary facial but rather a professional treatment and it’s customizable to your facial needs. I also get a glycolic acid treatment which leaves my skin glowing. I got my lashes done by Gloria and they were absolutely amazing! I loved them so much and she gave me the exact look that I was looking for. Unfortunately , It seemed that I am allergic to the glue or to one of the components in the binding agent so I had to remove them the following day. Gloria was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. She was flexible with her timing and check with me after the procedure was done. Gloria was even willing to provide me with a full refund for my service as I had to remove my lashes a day after I got them done. Needlessly to say I didn’t take the refund as she did an amazing job and I just had a reaction to the glue.I will recommend Gloria and her services everyday and although lashes did not work for me, I will be doing other services with her.

I’ve had two services here: a lash lift and eyelash extensions, and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service and results. The faux mink extensions were very impressive, they're incredibly soft and lightweight. I barely feel like I have them on! Washing my face is comfortable, and even after a week, I haven’t noticed any fallout. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Coquitlam Medical Laser by my Dermatologist for laser treatment to remove a large cherry angioma on my neck. The treatment was done over a few sessions, and successful. I then inquired about other treatments and decided to go ahead with Clearlift laser for my lower face. I am very happy with the results I am getting from my treatments.

His work passed municipal electrical inspection without any issues. I was very happy with the work done by ProAmp and Best Way and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend both companies.

Definitely a 5 star job both times we used Parkland Electrical Services! The first time was during our kitchen renovation when they installed all of our pot lights, electrical plugs, switches and new wiring. Chris gave great ideas on where to install the lights for a balanced look, how many switches we would need and where to put them.This last time, I was having a problem with lights going on and off and a warm electrical panel. Chris was able to come over on short notice and give me a temporary fix and quick estimate until he could come back the next day with the parts to replace the electrical panel. On December 19th 2022 we woke up and found that refrigerator that was not working. At promptly 10:00 AM we contacted Max Nash and informed him of our problem. He advised that he could be on site by 3:00 - 4:00 PM. I texted him the details and he arrived at approximately 3:PM. In a short length of time he identified the problem as an overload relay. He had one on hand and quickly made the repair. Our deck was repaired before the new surface was applied and the team did a lot of extras along the way. They delivered everything promised and then some. A year after install we had an issue with 1 of the rails and a piece of glass and they repaired everything promptly and without added cost. We undertook a major renovation with Mariposa Homes based on a word-of-mouth recommendation. Jason and Ben have been trustworthy, responsive, and hand-on and we would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project. Given they work as a team, we appreciated the strength in numbers - it was like having two general contractors in one. They were detail oriented - for example, Jason noticed some finishing work that wasn't up to his standard and I didn't even have to ask about it - he had asked for it to be redone. They were also organized - every two weeks, Ben had an invoice copy printed and ready for our records. Both were exceptional at communicating with us, especially when problem-solving a bump in the road (as to be expected). They also led a group of professional sub-contractors to complete our renovation and produce quality finishing work. I was able to meet everyone - from the electrician to the plumber, and they were all skilled and informative. Jason and Ben ensured they executed our plans exactly as discussed. We couldn't be more pleased, and we will miss having their kind faces at our house regularly (even though we are SO HAPPY the renovation is done). Thanks Jason and Ben!

I wanted to share how great tech - Brent Armstrong - was today. After years of having the same tech with Rentokil there is always a fear that the service will not be the same with someone new. After calling in about our annually reoccurring ant problem, Brent called me, found out what we needed, checked in with the people who were home to make sure everything was fine, then completed his service professionally and quickly. Troico is a high quality cabinet designer, I am very happy with the cabinets they installed in my house! They were very helpful throughout the whole installation, and they made it look so much nicer than the cabinets I had before.
I had a clump of trees removed along with spiral trimming of a large hemlock. Mike was very good to deal with and his pricing was fair. Ray and his crew did excellent work on a difficult assignment as the trees were located right beside our house. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Mike for future work or hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I have used this vet for my cat for 9 years and we've had a consistently good experience.
Thankful for the quick and timely attention. My dog couldn't walk properly, apparently due to a blow to the spine and they quickly took her for X-rays to rule out damage. They also performed blood tests with which we were able to detect an infection and internal inflammation and treat it. Since it is an emergency hospital, the costs are not cheap but the attention was definitely excellent, very kind and loving, thank you!

Only place I’ve ever found to be able to clip my psychopath chihuahua’s nails (land piranha). They charge me more because they need 2-3 employees to deal with her, but well worth it! We’ve been coming here for about a year and slowly my pup is becoming more tolerant to the nail clippings.
Amazing grooming of my golden retriever! A well mannered staff who clearly love dogs and a clean and welcoming facility… which you can get into relatively quick! What more are you looking for? I found my new groomers.
I highly recommend Ace at Pet Patrol Grooming & Spa! We brought our squirmy fluffy 11 month old kitten for dematting and she was the calmest I’ve ever seen her! He has an amazing energy with animals. She was purring at one point. The atmosphere is clean, cozy and comfortable. He was efficient and friendly and did a wonderful job! Definitely my new go to cat groomer! Great experience.

I brought my dog here for grooming services and regardless to say, I was very satisfied with how he turned out. I personally believe other owners should experience what I got as the owner was very friendly and the service was top notch.
For the most part they are friendly fairly knowledgeable. I got a fish there that had ick and wiped out most of my aquarium but most people who are serious in the fish keeping hobby have a quarantine tank for that reason I guess not sure if they quarantine the new fish maybe just coincidence but I like the aquarium plants there and it's convenient location for me. I'll give 5 stars however I did and do find the one guy I think he may be manager or something I find him kind of rude or not very good social skills or gets flustered easily when they get a little rush . But anyways it's pretty good place
I have been seeing Bridgette (physio) at this location for a while now. She is always professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She has helped me explore modalities that have proven to be very beneficial for my body. It’s easy to see that she really listens and cares for her patients.
Few days ago I went for Reflexology and had a very good foot massage. It is so relaxing and I left with contentment. Today I had full body massage, from neck down to my toes And acupuncture. It was amazing & wonderful experience. From the moment I contacted them they were responsive & accommodating, best service and it shows in every interaction. I've been to different massages at different places but none exceeds my expectations like this place which has Lilian, a talented Masseuse. Thank you for your magic touch. I left feeling light, relaxed & tension-free. I will definitely be going back.
Great RMT’s at this location. I book majority of my appointments with Andrew as his techniques/experience align with my needs the most. JP is equally as fantastic as I feel relief after any treatment with either professionals. Kelly who works the desk is always a delight and I look forward to seeing her momentarily before and after my appointments - her energy is cheerful and relaxed and she never fails to make me smile and is always attentive regarding my booking/admin needs.

I have been coming here for treatments for years, originally following my massage therapist, Andrea, from another clinic (she's that good) and then trying acupuncture with Suzanna and Chiro with Avneet which have both been incredible. Carol at front desk has also been amazing with helping me book (and rebook) all my appointments with my crazy schedule. All staff are so lovely and I've recommended so many people to come here. You can't go wrong with this place!!!
I really happy to find a place that I can enjoy the sauna with asian style. Common rooms are busy and little bit unclean so we just stayed each room for few minites, but separated sauna and hot tub space were really good. The temperature in the dry sauna was really good for me which is little bit hot(?) and cold tub which is not too cold was perfect too. You can choose to wear swimsuits or not in the separated spaces. It was comfy and relaxing!! We also had Korean meal at cafe. It was so tasty!!! I’ll come back again!!

My initial 2 visits with Dr. Simon Hong was 2 years ago, he dealt with my neck pain in just 2 visits. Now I am back on a different issue on my neck and already had relief after one cupping session. Be ready to deal with short term pain for long term gain. He will surely address your health issues.

I've had over 15 years of chronic back pain and Rebecca has made my pain so much more manageable now. She does such a thorough assessment and looks at my chronic issues with different lenses so she can really get to the root of the problem. I also appreciate that she ensures my body is moving optimally by the end of the appointment. Because of that, I notice the pain relief and benefits from the treatment last!
I love going to Rowena for facial acupuncture and microneedling. She really helps my skin. Her Tui Na massage with acupuncture really helps with stress and a good nights sleep. Her place is also very clean and puts you at ease.

Great place to get treatment for all your soreness and injuries... I've had bad back tightness and periodic pain and Mandarin O. Acupuncture helped with this problem. I visit Qin at least once a month.

I had Sabine as my instructor and she did a phenomenal job in teaching me. I saw a lot of negative reviews for her, but I don’t think they are fair. Yeah she does get mad, but I would rather have someone getting mad when I screw up then having someone who doesn’t say anything. Sabine really pushed me to my limits and after all the lessons, she helped me pass my N test with no marks taken off. Highly recommend Sabine if you want to pass your driving test right away!
Khalid and Access Driving School are incredible! Khalid is incredibly patient and calm. He gives clear instructions during his lessons and explains things that you can do better well. I see some other reviews that are saying that he doesn’t teach parking, this is not true at all. He absolutely teaches parking once you know how to drive well. Parking is a very small part of your exam, knowing the road rules and how to be a good driver comes first! I was able to succeed in learning how to park because Khalid took the time to teach me how to drive properly first. Thank you Khalid and Access Driving School for all your support and patient teaching, I was able to pass my N on the first try. :)
