I was embarrassed to be so heartbroken over the death of a frog, but everyone went so far out of their way to support and sympathize with me that I was instantly comfortable. They were so sensitive and kind during the procedure, and allowed me to have him cremated with his favourite log. They listened to my stories about him and treated both me and him with more respect than I'd ever expect for the loss of an amphibian. They even allowed me to upgrade the type of container I'd receive for his cremains. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for their skill at navigating emotionally fraught situations, and I had the distinct impression that these values extend to all of their care.
