We have brought our dog Rigby here for years! It was recommended to us as our dog is quite anxious. They are so kind, patient and calm. They celebrated small wins with our boy and really made us feel at ease. Rigby always comes out looking clean, sharp and happy. They take their time and are fantastic! Couldn’t imagine if we hadn’t found them for our anxious boy.
I was very happy with my dog’s grooming. He was calm and happy when I picked him up and he normally hates getting groomed. Very attentive and thorough service. I liked that the dogs were allowed to socialize a little.
Great haircuts every time. The staff is really friendly and they care. One time, I cut it close to closing time to pick up my dog, and the staff member was cuddling my dog to make her feel better. My dog is a cuddler and was afraid of bigger dogs roaming the shop. From that day onward, I became a regular customer.
