My wife showed a photo of how we like our miniature schnauzer cut and gave a description to the girl (I’m so sorry I forget your name!) she was super friendly and informative and made sure to be very clear of what we wanted. Our dog was ready in about 2 1/2 hours looking so good! The price was really great and it was super easy to book.

I was a bit skeptical of this place due to how quickly I could get an appointment and some of the reviews. However, my husband and I were happy with the service; the cut, the efficiency and how relaxed our dogs were after their appointment. So far, best groomer in Burnaby. Thank you and we will be returning with both of our King Charles Cavaliers soon!

Recently went here with my cat, had to find one of the few stores that still grooms cats at a reasonable price! The workers clearly care a lot about animals and try their best to make both the animals and their owners happy. I was informed that at one point in the grooming session my cat became violent with the workers and I quickly rushed back to the store to calm her down. Throughout the entire experience the workers were both understanding and empathetic, finishing the job despite the trouble we caused. Thank you guys so much for grooming Ahri, we will definitely come back for her next cut :)
