“Our family has used Aeris Dental in Rita Ranch for ten years with Dr. Allan as our primary dentist. While I haven't had any significant problems with the level of care that my family had gotten in the past; however, I would have to agree with what other's have said that things have been taking a negative turn in last couple of years. Here's what I see are some of the pros and cons of this dental facility. Pro: * Conveniently located in Rita Ranch. * Office as a whole is fairly modern. * Front staff will give you an estimate for dental procedures with / without insurance. * Was able to aid our family for a dental surgery emergency in the past without any problems (several years ago) - can't speak for how they may operate now for emergencies. * Their dentists did a good and pain-free job when I needed some minor dental work that's beyond a simple bi-annual cleaning. Cons: * As mentioned by other reviewers, their new appointment process changed for the worse, as the earliest you can book an appointment is four weeks into the future. This makes making planning for your bi-annual cleanings a total pain, as you have to attempt to work-in their schedule availability into your calendar - not the other way around. The new process has forced our family to be late with dental cleanings, as you cannot predict or plan an available time slot that works with your personal schedule. * High office turnover - leads to getting some inexperienced technicians making minor mistakes that slip by. Had a recent cleaning and the technician missed a few of my teeth near the molars on both sides of my mouth when polishing / finishing the job. Had to tell them to go back and complete the work. * The waiting area tends to be a little dusty due to the renovation / empty office space directly next door. Unsure why it it's sometimes dusty in the waiting room. * Not a knock specifically against Aeris, as its more of a rant against dentists in general. You had a technician working on your teeth for 30 - 45 minutes, but when it's time to have the dentist check you out, they tend to spend less than a minute with you, and you don't have time to process or ask a question. Aeris' quality control seems to be slipping as of late, and their veteran technicians who aided our family quite well over the years have either quit or retired. Their new appointment process is very inconvenient, and it may force me into looking for another dental provider which I really don't want to do. If their appointment process changed back to the way it was and they can retain dental staff for more than a year, then yes I'd recommend them, but as of now, it's questionable but they are still better than most of the dentists in the Rita Ranch area.“

“Needed to give the front office staff a special thank you, Mary was incredible. They system they use to schedule patients can be challenging as limited spots are opened each week, Mary was so kind and helpful with navigating this process!“
