Carlos was polite and personable. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done in the future. I asked him to send an invoice with my intention of paying on line but apparently I have to send a check - A minor inconvenience.

Had new AC installed for our mom from this company! Continue to use them for all checkups and repairs!! They are so professional and kind to my elderly mother!! Devin is always so very nice to deal with!! So is Shelly at the front office.Services: A/C system maintenance

My HVAC finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced. Devin provided me with a couple different options as well as an optional fix that he could do if I wanted to attempt to get another summer or two out of the unit. I ultimately went with purchasing a new unit and I am very pleased with the choice. The service from Devin as well as the installers was stellar...which was greatly appreciated given the cost of new units these days. After comparing the bid I received from Wildcat with other companies, I decided that Wildcat was the best option and had the greatest value for both service and price.
