“The female medical provider was excellent and the staff, front reception gal and male nurse, were very capable and real pleasant. The inside of this particular location has a fairly high-end look and was spotless. I have yet to be billed as this review is written only a day after my visit but I doubt there will be an issue though. For major medical concerns you'll likely need to be seen at an emergency department. That's simple the way it goes so nothing negative to say here. But for general care they are super.“

“I think I've had to seek medical help, on three occasions now. I've gone to Carbin Health all three times. They are very professional in all aspects of taking care of your needs. All three times I've just walked in without an appointment and must say, I've been pleased with how quick, I was in and out of there. Great caring staff. Very informative. Not only have they taken care of me, but really educate me on my condition. Other places just give you a lot of paperwork to read. So YES !!! I would definitely recommend Carbin Health to everyone I know.“

“This is my second time at this facility. The first time they help my 86-year-old mother. They were amazing. Today I came in to see if I had a fraction on my knee . I did not but the care I received was amazing . Their nurse practitioners are the best. Thank you, Tina.“

“I'm a medical provider at Urgent Care. I can't begin to tell you just how rude, disrespectful, and demanding a lot of patients are. First of all, they Dr. Google before coming in and try telling providers how to treat them. They also believe an antibiotic fixes everything. Some get botched surgeries in Mexico and then come to Urgent Care to fix their botched surgery. Everybody thinks they need x-rays which is absurd. If you are having chest pain; weakness and numbness to one side of the body; abdominal pain; seizures; deep lacerations; suicidal thoughts or attempted suicide; or an issue that has been going on for months/years...think first and maybe go to an ER. Urgent Care is nothing like an ER. We are limited because of lack of CT, Ultrasound, immediate blood draws with results. A lot of you come in for STD testing OFTEN! Maybe use condoms and practice safe sex and you won't have to come in every 2 months to be tested? Do we come to your work and tell you how to do your job? NO! Either go to school for 6 years and become a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant, or just refrain from speaking about things you know nothing about! Our job isn't to hold your hand or coddle you like a child. Our job is to treat you the best we can with the information you provide us as well as an assessment which includes Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, Oxygen saturation, and Blood pressure as well as running different tests like strep, flu, covid...etc. Most of the patients don't even have a primary care provider so they use Urgent Care for their issues. Last but not least, do NOT come to Urgent Care with more than 2-3 issues/complaints. This isn't a 1-stop shop to treat a handful of your issues. It's Urgent Care...NOT chronic care.“
