I went in with a mangled forefinger. The staff was pleasant and concerned. I was seen quickly and the lady who glued and generally stuck all the bits together again was efficient and as it turns out, proficient. It has been a couple weeks since the visit and I can mostly see the results and it looks pretty good.

I went in with flu symptoms that have lasted almost 2 weeks & got worse over the last day. They confirmed it's not COVID or flu and gave me something for the nausea and did a chest x-ray. They prescribed me allergy medicine (not sure why and I already take that daily) and something for nausea which was a new symptom. My primary issue is body aches, coughing, and chest pain. I also had a fever before I went in. I didn't feel I got any answers other than being told to talk to my doctor Monday with a suggestion to get some blood tests.

Was very satisfied with the service that was provided. They checked me in fast & was seen very quickly. Nurse practitioner was very courteous and explained everything to me properly. I have tried one other urgent Care before was not happy and will continue going to NextCare.
