“Wilmot Office Park has multiple offices dealing mostly with medical care. Doctors offices, imaging ( x-rays, MRI'S, ultrasound etc.) Plenty of handicapped parking. Elevator is available in building that has two floors. To me it appears to be a safe area.“

“Had an appt. today with the Fantastic Dr. Celia Elias. She answered all my questions and i answered hers. Also the two receptionists i worked with were great! Very personable and eager to help. 1 was Jacque, but i didnt not get the others name. But very helpful!!“
“The front receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering my many questions and getting me checked in quickly. And check-in using a telepad was fast and easy.I only waited 7 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I was taken back to a treatment room. The attending technician was extremely thorough in gathering my history, list of current meds, reasons for coming in to see the doctor, and she looked and listened to me while I was speaking without interrupting. She was smiling and upbeat the entire time.After the tech left the room, I only waited for about 4 minutes before Dr. Nicoletti came in.What can I say about Dr. Nicoletti? She is simply AMAZONG. She had been my doctor for well over a decade, when she moved to another location that didn't accept my insurance about 3 years ago. Needless to say, that made me quite sad.Then I found out last spring that my insurance covered her as a provider again, so I immediately called to make an apartment with her. The earliest opening she had was SIX MONTHS in the future- that's how popular she is with her patients! And I had a 35 minute drive across town to her office from where I currently live, but it was time and gas well spent, in my opinion.As always, Dr. Nicoletti was warm in her manner and jovial when speaking with me. She carefully listens to everything I say without interrupting, and only occasionally looks down to jot a few notes. And she always asks me what I think is causing my problems, and what I think should be done to correct the problem(s). She is extremely thorough in asking questions in order to get as much background info she can in order to consider all possibilities of what might be my diagnosis and how best to treat it. I always leave her office feeling that my medical issues are truly valid and that Dr. Nicoletti will work with me to check every possible solution in getting me the best treatment possible for whatever condition I have. I hope she stays in practice for MANY more years to come!“

“I really loved the doctor's here. I hated to see the founding doctors leave! Seems like the doctor's that really care for their patients are all leaving the business which is awful since they are needed now more than ever! Truly great people here. My only problem was a couple of times it took almost 2 weeks to get my meds refilled but this happened right after a new doctor took over for another and had too many patients but was resolved after he got set up so I can't hold that against them. It was a little hectic for all at that time! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone with pain.“
