They quoted us honestly and were super helpful. The problem ended up being simpler so they were done early and for less than the quote, which won't always happen (we got lucky) but I've never had a repair place be so transparent and explain things in a way we understood. Bring a mask though!

Knowledgeable team of PC experts with very reasonable prices. My Gaming PC recently failed to post after about a year of use. After I tried everything I could, reconnected all power cables, reset CMOS & flashed bios, etc. I still could not get a signal. I do not have spare parts that I could use to isolate the issue so I brought it here. The team here quickly diagnosed that the motherboard was my issue. I was able to pickup a new board from best buy and they swapped it out and got my PC backup and running. They also could have attempted a repair of my board. Very happy with their work, anytime I have any problems in the future I know where I'll be going.

They came out within 24 hours. Very professional and explained everything very well. Gave me options for repair and had me up and running in no time. Very satisfied and I will use them again. I was very happy that I did not have to take my computer in be without it for several days.
