I would recommend this company to anybody having water issues. They were able to come in right when I had a sewer backup in my house. They came in that night and took care of the temporary clog. And then came in the following day and took out all of the soiled materials from flooring to cabinets and dried everything out. And are handling putting back together my bathroom. If you get a chance to work with Austin Roberts, he is an outstanding employee, who goes above and beyond his job! He has stuck by our side through this entire process!
T and T is such a pleasure to do business with. We had a roof leak yesterday and within a few hours of calling them, Iric thoroughly explained the process and Griffin came over and determined what was needed to remove the damaged drywall and ensure no mold would grow. Today Miguel and Marco removed the damaged drywall and set up the containment area. They were very polite, very helpful, and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Tomorrow one of the managers will help us with filing the claim with our insurance. We had a very negative experience with another company doing a remediation job, so the professionalism and kindness of everyone at T and T is all the more...read full review
Their rep came out already and WHAT AMAZING, AWESOM, KNOWLEDGEABLE evaluation of my situation and how BUDGET FRIENDLY the work could get done!! I recommend this company for us professionalism, knowledge, experience and able to work with you if you're on a budget ‼
