Wow. This team continues to impress! (From the second you walk through the door through to the checkout after the appointment--you and your pets are treated with kindness and professionalism.) The Front desk/office team, Veterinary technicians, and Veterinarians are all AMAZING! We continue to receive great care from the Briarcrest's team. Start to finish--smooth and friendly service! On our recent visit, our dogs were able to receive care from Dr Schmieder. Dr Schmieder and her amazing Veterinary Assistant were so caring and helpful and did a very comprehensive exam...super impressed with the care by Dr Schmieder and the entire Briarcrest's team! Highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic. Dr Maki, Dr Collin's, Dr Schmieder and the entire team have all provided such amazing care to our furry family--thank you Briarcrest's team!
Dr. Maki and her team are excellent. Over the past 35 years, my cats have received excellent medical care at this clinic. Dr. Maki has been thorough and very caring. Also, I do appreciate that they are a fear free clinic. Thank you all!
I was a client that had gotten an Australian Cattle Dog that was becoming the dog from hell. He had started showing aggression with other dogs and us. We knew we needed professional help, as in all the years that we had dogs, we had never one with the temperament of this one. We called the clinic for recommendations, and they gave us two names. We called both, and the first one to respond was Karyn Garvin with Divine Dog Training. She was an answer to a prayer. We trained with her individually, and she took our puppy and did some one on one training with him. She did miracles. He is a totally different dog now. Never shows aggression to us or other dogs. Not even when other dogs show aggression. He absolutely loves her so we know that she trained him with love and compassion, only using force when needed. I want to thank Briarcrest Veterinary for giving us her name. Without her help We don't know how the final outcome might have been. We might have finally given up and relinquished him which we have never done in 52 years of having dogs. She really cares for the dogs that she trains. She is very committed. Thank you Karyn for saving our dog!!!!!
