I adopted a dog whose previous owner took him to Briarcrest. I have continued to use them even though it takes me over an hour to get there. My dog's Vet (Collins) and her vet tech are both terrific, personable, and not prone to rushing you in and out. They both took time to answer a number of questions I had about caring for, and training, a middle-aged adopted pooch.There are some logistical inconveniences for me, but i have great confidence in the staff and will continue to take my dog there.

My dog caught valley fever (fungal infection caused by fungus in the Coccidioides genus), which is common in the desert southwest USA, and especially seems to impact dogs that move here from other parts of the country. The staff at Briarcrest have been diligent in following up about my dog's treatment, and under their care my dog has recovered while tapering off antifungal medication. I really can't recommend them highly enough. My dog hates going to the vet, but they are able to troubleshoot and offer interventions that make it feasible to give my dog the veterinary care she needs. I was in desperate need of seeing a vet for my basset hound, Ben. I was able to get an appointment immediately and was treated very well. The facility is immaculate with easy parking and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I loved the doctor’s energy and care given to Ben. I’m very pleased!!
