Lorraine is amazing. My sister visited from out ot town and she had 3 sessions and said “she is worth her weight in gold” amd I have to agree! I have been working with her twice a week for years and it is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and caring. Great results too!

I love that I can fit in to clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years but haven't changed my diet or lost weight...amazing!
