I realized this is a specialty department store or store in general and they would like to offer the best quality products to their customers but the prices are outrageous and the customer service is poor at best. In addition as a follow-up to my previous statement and posting we purchased a high dollar harness for our puppy she's really not a puppy but it was quite expensive and it is coming part as it seems This is 3 weeks later I'm not very happy with the quality of products being sold by this store be careful buyer beware

Goodness I wish we had gotten the employees' names, such wonderful and helpful people working at this store it's amazing. Super knowledgeable and we're able to lead us in the perfect direction to bring home our little critter

Lee groomed my 2 sometimes difficult pups today and she was fantastic and so nice! My pups don’t seemed tortured in the least bit and they like to milk it like they are any time they get groomed. 10/10 recommend!I also want to add how friendly and informative everyone else was as well! 1st time at this petco and I will definitely use this as my go to pet store!
