Nationwide Vision

I've been to Nationwide vision a total of three times over the past 2 years. The first two times I went to the speedway location and I have to say the first experience was mediocre at best and the second time I went it was horrible and that's why I have gotten three pairs of glasses in 2 years. The second pair I got right before Christmas I went to pick them up they just kind of shoved them to me and started talking amongst himself again I tried to look around and put them on but they didn't seem interested in me there and I kind of just left. Upon getting home and within a few days maybe a week I noticed a foggy spot in the lens when you hold it at a certain angle and the progression was off from the gate I think. I think this because after Christmas and saving up for another nice pair of glasses with all the features I wanted I had a hard time trying to find another place to go to to get glasses so we went to the golf Links location. That golf Links location I give five stars. David helped me pick out the features I wanted for my glasses, and also told me things I didn't need that I was prepared to buy. I'm super happy with the glasses I got and when I went to pick them up Rick helped fit me and he switched out the nose pieces because the glasses I had before had the same nose pieces and they ripped and it took me awhile to get them fixed so I just got it done right then and there and they were totally cool with it. I'm very very happy with my glasses especially the blue light filter and the dark transitions also the progression is perfect this time around I told David about my problems with my last glasses with the progression being too high up for my long vision and he took time to mark the glasses and double check everything before sending in the order. I'm very happy with the glasses that I have now. So the golf links location total five star rating IMO

I was incredibly impressed with the service. They have so many new things to make sure that the prescription is correct. But their staff was so warm and loving that this is out of my way but I came here because of how I was treated.

Awesome place. Anna and her staff were friendly and helpful. Carmen was super fast on doing my eye exam. Tried out their new remote access doctor and technician at the office. It was faster and efficient than seeing the doctor in person. Anna was so fun and kind to talk to. She gave me a good deal on my glasses. Been a patient here for a few years now. This location have always been a good and trustworthy place to get my eye checked. All my family goes here. Thank you for the excellent service!
