“All around great experience for the past two years. The Doctor and staff are all courteous and professional. However, Nadia is the reason I go back. She is the best optician I have ever encountered. She has a gift of being able to see just what type of adjustment is needed and executes it flawlessly. The other thing I appreciate about Nadia is her ability to help select a frame that works well for my face. She will allow you to make your own decision while being honest in her feedback. Since I have to wear my glasses daily, I appreciate an objective perspective. She will not steer you wrong! Referencing the recent one star review - My new glasses have arrived each time within two weeks. I don't mind the wait... I've had to wait about the same at other major retailers. The ones who do make same day eyeglasses do not usually carry the lenses I need on site - so I still have to wait. Also at other major retailers, I've had to return multiple times for frame adjustments, sometimes even giving up because the ever changing array of folks who attempt adjustments are simply inept. Nadia gets it right the first time, and I only need to return if I am too rough with my frames.“
“My entire experience was stellar from start to finish. Everyone worked urgently and I could tell they respected my time (I was in and out in about 35 minutes) but I never felt rushed. It had been 2+ years since my prior eye exam, so I wasn’t up to date on the new scan imaging technology but it was great! Not having to worry about dilating my eyes and dealing with 6+ hours of re-acclimation made it a breeze but seeing the image of my eye was fascinating. Dr. Patel was wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgable, and I really appreciate her patience in answering even my silliest questions. Her expertise was easy to see, walking me through each part of my eye scan and giving me tips or advice each step of the way. I appreciate that Dr. Patel took the time to explain what I was looking at, what purpose it served, and just letting me stare at the cool 3D render of my eyeball. I could tell my best interests were first and foremost throughout my whole visit. Ava was so easy to get along with at checkout and made sure I was getting the best deal, which I appreciated greatly! They now have the option of doing more in house glasses, which is a new feature!I came here because they have same day appointments all day long that you can schedule online. They just opened here last week and it is pretty wonderful. Great location next to the Olive Garden and the FedEx in the old Kinkos building.Staff was incredibly welcoming and made a point to try to remember my name. This is a little different than a typical eye exam- the eye doctor is controlling the machine thru a telehealth device. I found the experience to be even nicer than standard eye exams because I don't need any extra health screening in my eyes currently.They stack discounts on discounts and I got 2 pairs of mid-level frames and lenses AND eye exam for $199.My spouse got a similar deal this week with upgrades for $190.If you shop the cheapest deals they have, you can get 2 pairs and an exam for $95. It may be a little different after opening week.The wait time for your glasses is 7-10 business days. They had hundreds of choices. Definitely will be back and recommending to others.“
