“Took hubby's phone to repair back camera. They said 2 hours ad states 45 minutes. The camera was repaired but screen wouldn't cone back on. They had an extra that cracked. In calling around fir a replacement which they couldn't find they kept me waiting. Saying it was taking longer. Shouldn't have been honest from the beginning so I wasn't wasting time waiting. Luckily they were able to get a new screen in 2 days, to replace the cracked one.“

“I wrote and submitted a review yesterday, following my experience with Luis at Cell + Appliance and Repair... but it does not seem to have made it to this review platform. Luis immediately made contact, when I reached out through Thumbtack...He was willing to respond again, after Home Depot failed to show up. I would add both "Value" and "Punctuality" to the items above. My Samsung dryer required a new heating element, and his work was outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions, with courtesy and respect. I was so grateful that the Home Depot folks did not show up, as Luis is an exemplary model of Repair Technicians in his field. “My iPhone 13 was acting crazy. I had intermittent problems accessing the Internet and also making phone calls. Siri was not working right and Google maps was also not working right. I took it to the Apple Store and they said it needed a new antenna. They wanted to charge me $500! A good friend had recommended I try this place. Ian did a diagnostic check on my phone for $30 and he told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. He recommended I get a new Sim card. So I went home and called my carrier. My carrier told me to remove the Sim card and they helped me activate an eSIM in my phone. All my problems were then resolved with my iPhone 13. I think this shop does good work, and most importantly, is honest. I called Gamers Warehouse back to let Ian know what happened and to thank him. I will not hesitate to take any of my Apple products to this shop for any repair. I'm disgusted with the dishonesty of the Apple Store and I'm gonna write a negative review for them.“

“I heard about this place from a friend. I was having trouble with my PS5, so I brought it here to get it fixed. The prices were a bit high, but when I learned that had to do something to the motherboard, I understood the price cost. They had it done within a day, and I got my PS5 back in better condition I gave it them in. And while I waited for the repair to get done, I found that I could use their arcade in the store (Which was amazing prices btw), and I could go explore the rest of Tucson Mall. This is probably the best place to get a repair done for anything just due to the quality and the comfort levels.“
