“I am so happy that I stumbled upon this adorable, locally owned little day spa. I have now had 3 massages with Kristy and they have all been fabulous. The rooms are welcoming and very relaxing and I have had wonderful treatments with Kristy. She is very attentive to the areas of concern and always checks in about her pressure during the treatment. The owner has been at the front desk every time I have been there and she is warm and welcoming as well. I find their price points to be very reasonable for the treatments received as well. I used to get my massages at one of the high end resorts in town and I am so much happier getting them at Spa Daze.“

“This was my second float ever, and I'm happy I chose Levity Wellness Center to do it at!

The facilities were clean, the space was very cozy with an intimate setting, and Gordon was an exceptional host (if host is the correct term).

We started with a brief introduction as Gordon aligned with us on any prior float experiences. He then guided us through the facilities in the two rooms and gave us a rundown on what to expect.

Once the orientation was out of the way, the next hour just FLEW by for me as I laid in the water in a semi-trance, and before I knew it the calming music came on indicating the end of our float. After rinsing off the salt water and regrounding myself in reality, we chatted with Gordon about our time there, and he very readily accepted feedback for potential improvements and recommendations on how to make floating even more delightful.

I would say that while the float itself made half the experience, the care and attentiveness that Gordon provided is what made the other half excellent! I'm 100% scheduling my next appointment here.“

“The vibe is EVERYTHING! Selah has become my happy place. The Holistic Massage is the best facial I've ever had. I'm consistent with facials and this one is by far the best. It's completely different from other facials. The myofascial release and scalp massage are the treatments you didn't know you needed. My entire face felt great, not just my skin. The products used weren't goopy, greasy or heavy. My skin felt healthy and hydrated. I HIGHLY recommend it and a visit to Selah!“

“The best massage I have ever had (and I get them regularly). Josh was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what to do and where to focus on. I am currently in the middle of a big move and felt completely broken and stiff and booked a massage last minute and it was the smartest thing I’ve done all week. Josh was personable, friendly, great to talk to and worked on spots massage therapists haven’t even gone near in months (if not years) despite me asking or needing it (like focusing on my hip flexors).

“Very cool experience and extremely relaxing. The staff was very kind and helpful, explaining things before my float. It took about half of my time for me to get comfortable and used to it but the second half was amazing. I felt more relaxed than after a massage or other relaxing experiences I've had. “I was putting a 5,500 sq ft roof on a building.....light guage steel trusses, radiant barrier, plywood sheathing, 30# felt covered with Sharkskin, and a standing-seam metal roof. Early on in the project, I developed a severely spazmed muscle surrounding my right hip. I could just barely walk.....let alone climb ladders and carry plywood up and down a 45° roof. 2500 mg of acetaminophen, daily, only allowed me to maintain movement with severe pain, yet. I knew that chiropractic treatment was not the answer. Had never heard of stretch therapy. Then I accidentally happened upon the Stretch Zone ad. After the first introductory free session, I quit the pain meds and was nearly pain free on the job. I could, once again, roll over in the night without waking all the way up to formulate a plan to accomplish the roll over. It was, however, still a fairly dangerous situation on the job. Now.... after a half dozen more stretch sessions.....I'm pretty much using both legs equally. After each session I am in better shape than when I walked in. I'm thankful for more than my fair share of miracles throughout my. life, and very thankful that I didn't use them all up before discovering Stretch Zone. (and I'm getting long-in-the-tooth to boot!)“

“I went for physical therapy because of pain in my back, below the right shoulder blade and my lower back. Therapists Kisten and Marcos were so helpful! Their intuitive ability to zero in on the exact areas that needed help was spot on. They also did a great job of educating me on how to keep it from happening again. The techs were also very helpful and knowledgeable. The pleasant feeling tone in the office made it a very inviting and comfortable place to return to. “I was visiting my sister in Tucson and had to have a massage because of soreness. I found busy body massage clinic via google and with the great reviews I booked my appt. My massage therapist was with Lallie! She was very knowleageable. She explained to me everything she will do to address my concern. She made me very comfortable and relaxed! Her techniques in massage was commendable esp that she has PT and reflexology experiences as well. If you are booking with her make sure to bring cash as she does not accept credit card.“

“Everyone there is helpful, gentle and kind. They really want me to do my best and go home feeling better than when I went in. Mandy is great. She is gentle soft, spoken and she takes her time with me. Armando is really good. He's fun to work with. We laugh a lot, it helps with the exercises. The assistants all work well with the therapists. The front desk is very helpful with making my appointments and scheduling them when it works best for me. Overall a place you can get good and safe place to go for PT.“

“My massage was actually pretty good, but i think there needs to be more training on decency and privacy. My massage therapist did a great job, but while my eyes were closed I could tell employees were coming into my curtained stall and speaking extremely quietly to my massage therapist. Then later when I was on my stomach and my entire back/bottom was exposed, I opened my eyes and saw the feet of the massage therapist next to my stall walking in to grab a towel from the towel heater. It honestly felt like a violation of my privacy since I was so exposed. The price is great though, but unfortunately I don’t want to feel exposed like that.“
