“After being so frustrated with so many failed calls and unknowledgable sources over the last week, I FINALLY today talked with Brandon! He knows what a Palm Z22 is. Yes, he knows that it is ancient, that it isn't made anymore. That's not my problem. I love these little Palms. I have all of my information in them, and when mine stopped working, it changed my world. All of my passwords are in my Palm; my addresses, my phone numbers. I don't know when anyone was born without my Palm. So, Brandon has a game plan of how he will approach mending my Palm and restoring my information. I do believe he is going to be able to do this! At least he listened, he didn't hang up, or laugh at me, and he has some great ideas about how he's going to proceed. Next step, appointment!!!“

“Took in an old laptop that we only use for taxes. The last update had apparently removed the WiFi driver making it useless. The owner not only fixed the driver but put in a upgraded hard-drive which was sorely needed. All done when he said it would be and at less cost than the original quote. Obviously I highly recommend this shop and most certainly will use him again!“

“I am definitely technologically challenged, and when Cox recently migrated its email to Yahoo I thought I had followed the instructions successfully...until my Outlook would no longer function. After about a half hour of trying to solve the issue I gave up and called Data Drive. Myles was wonderful and it seemed like this was an issue he had not encountered before, but he stuck with it, working remotely on my computer for well over an hour before solving the problem. The price was surprisingly reasonable (I don't know why, but I expected the fee would be at least $100). I am sure I will have computer issues in the future so I now have Data Drive as an Outlook contact and will reach out to them again.“
