“We are new to Tucson. I asked a neighbor who they used for their HVAC service. He told me about D&S and all the neighbors and family that use them. I called and they were able to schedule my service in a very short period of time.
I also needed to install a new thermostat that I had. Levi installed it in short order. It didn't work. He easily diagnosed the problem, the new thermostat had a defect. He re-installed the old one that still worked just fine. I'll return the defective one and Levi said he would be glad to install the new one when it arrived.
Great experience at a reasonable price, I won't be using anyone else for my HVAC needs.“

“Called Goodfellas and they were out within the hour. Jose came out and thankfully it was only a fuse. Repaired it in no time and he was really professional and knowledgeable.“

“A tech was able to come out the day I called and diagnosed a dead compressor. He said someone from the office would be contacting me shortly with an estimate and a time frame for doing the service. The estimate was $3800 and I was told it would be 8-9 business days to get the part because it came from the factory. That seemed long to me but I doubt they have an incentive to pad that time. The part came in and was installed. The tech said it would take 4-6 hours. It took 4 and a half hours. When I paid I was told an invoice would be emailed to me. I was surprised it was just one lump sum-not broken down into parts and labor. I finally did a parts breakdown but no separate billing for labor. When I questioned that, I was told they do lump sum billing and don't break out parts and labor. I don't like that. If a job takes less time than was estimated (as here), the customer should be a break on the bill. Thus, four stars instead of 5. But other than that, they were fine. The tech was nice and professional, arrived on time, and worked hard.“

“I'm so glad I chose to get my mini split installed by AirZona Heating & Cooling. Juan came out and assessed the room in my garage's needs and picked the right sized mini-split for the room. He gave me several different options as for the SEER ratings and brands. He was very professional and patient answering all of my questions. They were able to install it on the day I preferred. Conrado, Diego and Juan showed up that morning and Juan took his time explaining the install to Conrado and Diego. I had requested that they didn't run the electrical lines on the outside of my house so they ran them up into the attic. My install was a bit abnormal in that the run for the refrigerant line was longer than the standard 15' so Juan came back the very next morning to finish installing more refrigerant into the system and get it fully up and running. Juan also spent a few hours adjusting the insulation above the room in the garage and took photos so I could see his good work. These guys didn't cut any corners. They were professional from start to finish. Their website is top-notch along with their vehicle wraps on their vans. They are doing a great job in this industry and it is nice to know I have them in my corner!“

“Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive folks. They installed a new electric heating/cooling unit for a good price. The first night after installation it wasn't working right, and they came back the next day within an hour of me calling. The wiring needed to be upgraded and they put new wiring in at no extra charge. The kind of service you hope for but don't often get!

Update: The unit they installed a couple years ago stopped cooling.

Alaskan AC wanted $1,500 to replace the fan motor. Tyler at Forced Mechanical Air fixed it for $165 in 35 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him/this shop.“
