“I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Family Air from the beginning. Kurt was amazing. He was quick to come out and evaluate the replacement of our 2 HVAC systems and provide a very reasonable estimate. He was always very prompt in responding to my various questions either by email or a phone call to make sure I understood everything I needed to make an informed decision. Once I made the decision to accept their proposal, he made a special appointment to come out in advance of the installation and add some additional recycled R-22 to both my existing systems at no additional cost to make sure these “dying” systems operated sufficiently cool to withstand the extreme heat and keep us cool until the new system installations were complete. This was beyond what I could have ever expected!

The day of the installation, 2 experienced crews showed up exactly as scheduled. Greg, Frank, the Omar’s (father and son) worked quickly and efficiently and had both systems up and running by noon the same day. The entire work site was left clean with no follow up issues. Alaskan AC wanted $1,500 to replace the fan motor. Tyler at Forced Mechanical Air fixed it for $165 in 35 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him/this shop.“
