Frank, the owner, is so nice, attentive, and accommodating. We love our new kitchen tile backsplashes. Frank, and tiler, Virgil, understood our design plan, and improved upon it with their vision. It was executed perfectly. Virgil's assistant, Natalie, also was friendly and helpful. We're grateful for their hard work, and a job excellently done.

We recently bought a new home. We had a section of our hallway with warped laminate plank flooring, likely from a past leak. We initially planned to repair it ourselves by gluing it back down. However, upon closer inspection (and a couple of youtube videos later), we realized it was beyond our current skill level. I called Francis and he was immediately responsive. He came out the next day and provided a quote. He arrived on time and suggested solutions to make up for the lack of replacement flooring. Wed decided to move forward with his suggestion to remove the laminate flooring and replace that section of the hallway with tile.Francis sent us pictures of the tile the same day and booked us for the repairs within two days. Jesus came to complete the repairs. He was on time and did an excellent job with the repairs. Jesus and Francis went above and beyond. First, Jesus left our home cleaner than he found it. They did additional demolition (there was a surprise under the flooring-- more flooring!) and even filled in some gaps in our floor in other areas of the house for the cost of materials only.Francis also provided advice on other repairs & replacements we may make in the future.I would definitely recommend Francis Moses Flooring.
