I was able to get an appointment quickly with Banner, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The front desk was lovely, and Dr. Chabayta was thorough and listened well. Everyone I met was welcoming and kind. I feel confident moving forward with this office as my provider.
Excellent overall experience. The physician, MA, and front desk staff were all patient, kind, and listened. When I had a recurrence of symptoms in the lobby, after my appointment, the MA informed the doctor and I was able to see him briefly again, to get medications that would help me get through the weekend. The fact that I could send a message in the portal after my visit was also very appreciated. I highly recommend this practice.
