Airloom Rug provided excellent service- picked up the rugs on a Friday and the 5 area rugs were cleaned and delivered the following Friday. We alsopurchased an under mat for the runner from them. Paul was upfront about the challenges of removing mold and stains from a large jute rug. In the end, the rug suffered some of the issues he predicted but still came out better than I expected and I'll be able to get many more years out of it. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
