“I definitely recommend this place. They showed kindness and caring during a difficult time for our family, letting our dog go to heaven. They placed a comfy blanket down for him, making sure he was comfortable. Our family sat around him while they explained the process. They allowed us to stay with for as long as we needed. Two weeks later we get a call from a partner company, Aqua Crossing, saying they’re bringing Zues home?❤️‍?. His remains were “hand delivered” to my door in the MOST BEAUTIFUL way ????. His paw print is sitting in my room on a little stand (provided in the package). I definitely recommend Tolleson Animal Clinic. Their optimal care given to our australian labradoodle, Dodger was outstanding when he broke both hind legs and required surgery to repair both femurs..They were there throughout the entire process during that 10 week period of time and we are so grateful for Dr Newman and Kristin and the entire office staff from their Peoria office.
We are strong advocates of SVSS and give referrals to all we meet. Their standard of care for all animals is outstanding!!

“Sun valley hope it’s a great place to take your four legged family members. I first dealt with them when I had to take my 13yr old dog to be helped to go to rest asleep , the vet and staff gave me time to be with him while he fell asleep and even cried with me. They made a paw print for my family to remember him by. I just took my other 2 ,4 legged kids to get vaccinated and they called me 24 hours later just to check in on them to make sure they were doing fine after the vaccines. Sun valley hope hospital will be our place to go for all of our 4 legged kids needs. P.S. they are budget friendly and inexpensive as well as loving our 4 legged children.“

“Very very wonderful and amazing staff members and the nurse that took care of our cat was awesome. One reason is that we told her we were new in the area. She then gather up all information for us and break down the plan to come see Dr. Ozuk again. Our cat was sooooo comfortable and relax with the nurse and the doctor. Which makes us happy . Thanks Dr. Ozuk for all you do for our cat and the lovely nurse that took care of our cat (mojo). I am not good with names because I cannot remember the nurses name. But one thing I have to say, thanks again to your wonderful staff members. We will surely be back. I recommend this easyvet clinic to anyone and they're affordable.“

“We just brought a new puppy into our home and I thoroughly researched local vets to find a great one for our little Cavalier. Today we had our first visit and I was super impressed with the kindness, thoroughness, and beside manner of Dr. Boyd as well as all of the techs! The front desk ladies are wonderful and spent quite a bit of time with my on the phone answering my many questions. This feels like a very warm and welcoming practice.“

“I only communicated with them through messenger and phone. They did take a few days longer to call me back but the lady I spoke with was very kind, patient, and polite while answering my hundreds of questions. The only reason they are not my new vet is because they are the same price or higher as my current vet. I will keep their contact info for emergencies.“

“We've been coming to Acoma for 5 years, ever since my husband did a walk in appointment for our suddenly critically ill dog. Dr. Eells treated my husband and our dog with kindness and compassion. The team at Acoma have helped us with two end of life appointments and referred us to an in-home euthanasia vet during COVID when our elderly dog was actively dying and we had a newborn. I have always felt heard, had my questions answered, and been able to talk through all the options and ask for Dr. Eells' opinion on what course of action to take. We feel as though she has always given us moderate options and have never felt forced into a treatment or diagnostic test that wasn't necessary. The staff are kind, friendly, they recognize and know us by name and are always patient when I have to bring my kids. I know it's hard to be treating pets and talking to owners while their kids are interrupting but everyone has always been really patient with us. It has been really hard since the other vets retired and sometimes getting an appointment is a challenge but we're with Acoma for the long haul! Today, October 16, we rushed our 5 year old dog into the office 5 minutes after they opened because she had been vomiting blood over the weekend. We tried AVECCC and it wasn't a good experience for us. Acoma was able to fit us in as walk ins right away, we did X-rays and got medications and a treatment plan in an hour. It was far more affordable, too. I asked questions about what to look for, when to come back if needed, etc and feel good about bringing our dog home. If you do have to go as a walk in, try to go early and be prepared to wait but they will do their best to see you next a timely manner. Thank you for 5 years of compassionate care of our critters and us humans!“
