“My puppy has been unfortunately suffering for over a month, and was written off with very little interaction as an injury by two different offices... my gut told me that she needed a blood test done, so I took her in to this office. They were caring, attentive, and listened to my concerns completely, evaluated her in the room in front of me, and agreed she would benefit from the test. They made me feel much more seen and listened to than the other offices, were easy to get into with their virtual line, open on the weekend, and have been extremely communicative. I will most definitely be continuing to take her to this practice. (Bonus, they are extremely affordable!)“

“Ark, and then Moon Valley, took care of our sweet Molly since we moved to Phoenix. They were always great at treating her, explaining any issues, potential problems, and our options. Even when she nipped a staff member they were still able to work with us to make sure she got what she needed. Later, She had to have two surgeries and encountered other problems as she got older, but The staff was always so kind and helpful.The morning when she passed, we called Moon Valley as soon as they opened because she was suffering seizures. They were booked all day but recognized the emergency got us in as soon as the doctors came in. The staff was so helpful to make sure Molly was taken care of. They were also so helpful with my wife and I who were extremely upset at losing our dog of 13 years. Dr Degroff was very kind and professional and the staff was so great in helping us through such an awful day.Thank you for everything.“

“I wanted a second opinion for my cat, Lina, who has a tumor pressing on the nerves leading to her left hind leg, and surgery was the recommendeation. I liked the cat neurologist I had taken her to, but when I asked what caused this (food, environmental conditions, etc), she said it just happens. Not a very scientific answer. Plus, there was no advice on what could help prepare her for surgery/help her heal from it, such as diet, herbs, etc (even though Lina needs to lose a bit of weight). That was a real concern for me. I've had my own issues with autoimmune disorders, and in my experience most doctors aren't good at diagnosing them or treating them. I've had the most luck with Integrative doctors. So I wondered if there were Integrative veterinarians. I googled it and that's how I found Dr Pamela Dragos. Her credentials were a page long! I made the appointment, filled out the paperwork online, and had the doctors send the medical records Dr Dragos also wanted to see Lina's tongue so I uploaded two videos.Before the appointment she emailed me a summary of Lina, her condition, her treatments, info about the possible conditions, herbal supplements and diet suggestions (from priority supplements to additional helpful supplements), all with explanations and links to each. It was so incredibly thorough I felt like I was meeting my cat for the first time! I knew right then that I had found the right doctor for my precious baby girl.The Zoom appointment was just as thorough. Afterwards, Dr Dragos emailed me with a recap of our conversation along with dosage info for the supplements.Dr Dragos is very responsive both through text and email, so any questions get answered quickly.I know my baby girl is in good hands and I would absolutely recommend Dr Dragos to anyone wanting to take control of their pet's healing! ❤“
“I have taken in and rehomed many cats and dogs, so I have been to a different clinics in the past. Since I found Metro, I will not go anywhere else. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here and 2 1/2 hours back home every month or two and will continue to do so as long as I keep taking in rescues. Service is great, staff is amazing. They make it easy and hassle free. No long wait time when dropping off or picking up. They call after surgery and let you know how your pet is doing so you dont have to wait and worry. Prices are affordable. 5 star service if you ask me.... Thank you Metro“

“This is probably the first and only vet I have ever been to that I actually felt put the needs of my cat above their desire to make money and charge me for treatments/medications that would not best serve me. My cat has been dealing with upper respiratory issues and her previous vet continuously wanted to pump antibiotics in, despite the ineffectiveness, adverse reactions, and difficulties administering. The vet here told me to skip the antibiotics and instead try to focus on supplementing and environmental modifications to build a stronger immune system and stress-free environment. I am always down for a natural approach when possible, so I appreciated been giving more holistic options instead of jumping straight to medications which is often the issue in our healthcare system. My vet additionally solved a supplement administation issue I had been battling for years instantly (no one else had ever mentioned it and it was such an easy solution). Thank you for being a vet I can trust!“
