“Craftsmanship is defined differently depending on many variables. Matching drywall textures is an art. Not everyone can do the matching. Anyone can texture, but matching existing texture takes skills only experience can teach! Ace is a fine company and even warranty their definition of craftsmanship for an entire year!Unfortunately “The Home Inspector” does not agree with Ace Handyman definition of good craftsmanship and I need to find a dry wall guy soon.“

“I am extremely impressed by the craftsmanship, pride, and friendliness of Ian. I was sincerely shocked by the results at a fair price. He saved me a lot of money. This repair could have been much worse. I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away). Ian stayed until 9pm roughly fixing my sub-flooring and installing a new flange. The attention to detail was impeccable. The job was done at the highest standard.
