We contacted Zona floors and they were out the next day with samples and gave us an estimate that worked for us. They offered to have a crew out the next day, unfortunately we had commitments and scheduled the next Monday. They had a crew waiting at 8:00am to get started. The crews that came were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. When there was an issue Abraham was right there and worked with us to explain and resolve things and keep the project on schedule. We are very pleased with the flooring and with the service that Zona floors provided. Great service and prices! The tile work they did for me turned out amazing! They contacted me within 30 minutes of submitting a request on Thumbtack and came out the next day to give me a quote. Once I signed the contract they were out the next morning on time to complete my backsplash. Very professional and quality work.

From the beginning with Tom, my sales person to Abraham, who ran an amazing crew of young men toward the end result of my beautiful new floors which added beauty, functionality, and value to my home.... I can only say thank you very much for making this process economical, as painless as possible and leaving us loving our new flooring.
