When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, shown the relaxing/waiting area. Stephani was ready and I was able to get into the massage room immediately. Stephani is respectful and mindful of what my bodies needs, her touch is relaxing, but also able to work out the tension/knots in my body. “Sometimes, they mess up. But every time I've told them I didn't like something, they adjusted and were kind. I really learned how to speak up for myself when it came to my nails at the salon. Everyone there has been friendly and kind. The lady who answers the phone and schedules appointments is a fantastic artist. I'm sorry, I never caught her name even though I've been there several times. She is the only one that I allow to do artwork on my nails. Just simply because I appreciate her eye in detail. They put up with my fun and quarky requests in designs. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that they do. In the atmosphere they create. Trust me, some days I don't want to talk to anyone. So I give them the information up front and they allow me to sit with my headphones on. Other days, I'm a chatty cathy, and they put up with all my talking.
