This was the smoothest experience ever! From the website, delivery, communication throughout and pickup. Everyone was professional, friendly and made sure I was fully informed in every step of the way. Thank you for helping me make my sisters baby shower magical.
Great service! The drop off of the heaters was right on time and so was the pick up. The heaters were easy to use and worked great for our party. Plus, the staff were so helpful when we called with numerous questions and helped us figure things out. I can’t recommend U Party enough!
I had a great response to all my questions and needs before renting the chairs and table for my Christmas party. Sebastian was prompt to respond to my phone call back requests as well as to giving me options about my picking up and returning versus delivery of the items. The chairs and table were very clean and in good condition. Definitely a great company to work with. Thank you Sebastian and thank you to the nice man helping me to load and receive my rentals.
