I've been here 3 times already and it never disappoints. The service is incredible, the environment is very relaxing, and all the staff are very nice. Sure, it's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. I was thrilled that a legit Japanese head spa finally opened in Arizona, so I'm willing to pay the price when the service is top notch!

I got the deep relaxation cream bath with Tori and it was amazing!! i’ve never been so relaxed in my life. I came just for relaxation no hair concerns or anything. it was extremely relaxing. i have pretty sensitive skin and nothing gave me any sort of reaction. i left with my hair feeling incredibly soft just like when you leave the salon and my scalp felt so clean! Tori did an amazing job at massaging and everything she did. great customer service. would definitely recommend, makes great gifts! definitely coming back sometime!

The deep relaxation cream-bath at Heads Up! Spa is absolutely heavenly. As soon as I stepped into the spa, I was mesmerized in a sense of tranquility. The soothing music and calming aromatherapy instantly made me feel at ease.
When it was time for my treatment, the skilled technician gently massaged the creamy mixture into my scalp. The gentle pressure and warmth of the product were incredibly relaxing. I could feel all of the tension and stress just melt away.
