I went to Tempe Modern Dentistry after having issues with a permanent retainer that another orthodontist in Austin installed, and was very pleased by their willingness to work with me to get the situation fixed. I am really trying to give Tempe Modern Dentistry a chance, because when i first came here about 3.5 years ago, they were absolutely wonderful to me and my entire family. However, the quality is just gone super down. Firstly, the constant readjustment of appointments. I had to wait 6 months for a cleaning, because they had messed up my initial appointment, so found no other time except 6 months later. Then i went in and clearly I had to start my protocol from the start, which cost me about $600 out of pocket (I have insurance). All while being their fault.
