My business partner and I stopped in for the first time and were helped by Angela. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were able to pick up everything we needed right then and there and grabbed a catalog- which is quite the comprehensive collection of products and accessories. We will absolutely be making this a our regular spot for our finishing product needs.

I've been there twice. Both times the individuals helping me were very respectful. The first time I was there, they were kind enough to take me into there warehouse area and show me the products that they keep on hand. If I needed something that they didn't stock, they were more than willing to find it for me. I am a fellow small business owner and can appreciate what they deal with on a daily basis. I will definitely be dealing with them on a regular basis.

Don't be fooled by the past review. The salesman was very respectful and very helpful. I had to get some cross flap wheels. He showed me options and recommended a few. They have a big selection and I ordered some parts that weren't in stock. Over all, I'm very pleased with the customer service and will definitely go back.
