Incredibly overpriced, hidden fees, worst service ever. When you have questions they take forever to answer. Also, when you get a hold of someone they are very rude. Tax preparer sent her son to call and threatened to get a payment and we didn’t even received a bill. We’re not updated about our taxes. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional.
