When Jerry arrived he explained to me what he needed to do and I let him have control over the thermostat. Once he turned it on he said he didn’t like the sound it made. Mind you I was told the day before it was my compressor by another person. Well when Jerry came back down from the roof he told me what the problem was it was a wire that came off and since he fixed it I have not had any trouble and I am very happy for the service that was provided by him and Scottsdale Air. Kudos to all.

I rarely write reviews like this, but my wife and I just had such a nice experience that I thought it was worth sharing it. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling has maintained our dual air conditioning system for the past seven years, so when it was time for standard maintenance, we called, and they sent out a gentleman named Austin Flores to service our system. Happily, Austin determined that the system was functioning extremely well, but he nevertheless took the time to explain various elements of the system to us and how best we could care for the system going forward. Our Technician Austin Moyer was a pleasure to work with. Explained everything so when that we understood. Even getting up in the attic, keep everything clean. Very professional. Would recommend him to everyone!
