Excellent service from both the company and the technician on site.We had a water heater leaking all over the garage, I called Roto-Rooter for emergency service and they had someone on site less than an hour later on a Saturday!David, the plumber on site did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and thorough.Thanks to David and Roto-Rooter, the new water heater was installed a few hours later and we have hot water again.
We had 23 people in our house during the weekend and our sewer system clogged. Our bathrooms became unusable. Roto Rooter came and resolved the issue. Our tech Maximus worked hard to make sure that everything got flowing.
Mark was great! He was ready to identify and resolve the issue immediately upon arrival at my house. He was professional and very thorough. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!
