I just purchased a vehicle through RAC to my dismay they messed up and didn't take my 1st payment due even when I gave them my account info! Then they said I was late! Now today they took out my payment and owe another this month. NO ONE Responds to the message center! Why even have that option??!!! Customer service is below poor!

So glad to be done with this place. I have emails and phone records of all the times I've dealt with this place. They screw you over so if you could avoid them at all costs i would. Awful customer service and straight lies and keep your money from overpayment and continue to say 30 days until we can send you another check.

Had a car loan with Regional for several years, in 2020 my car was totaled in an accident. The other persons insurance covered most of the loan but the gal team could not get a response from regional. I have called them every week multiple times a day for over a year now to get the paperwork for the last bit of my loan to be paid. I have email & phone record proof to show the voicemails & correspondence I have left with NO RESPONSE. I have also called every number they have, locally & corporate. Awful awful company that I spent a lot of money with, can’t even get a response. Maybe because they are wanting me to pay interest on the remainder of this loan instead of gap...read full review
