Hello, I called the office in reference to two missing rebates and I spoke to Ms. Buffy Ritzo and she was kind enough to do an extensive research and help me with my rebates. She was very kind and persistant in trying to find the rebate submission and in getting it solved. My overall experience was very pleasant!

I had an issue in receiving my rebate check but I was able to contact Customer Service . Customer Service resolved it immediately! .I was pleased with their prompt customer service!
