When others seem to say, "sorry we can't help you", even your bank... One main has always figured out a way. And there are no pre payment penalties. Very glad I said F it... Opened up that "junk mail" and gave them a call. Thank you guys

I have been a client of One Main Financial for about 5-6 yrs, mainly in NY. I have just recently relocated to Arizona and wanted to refinance my loan. The process went smooth. My agent Ariana has been great. But I noticed an error within my loan agreement that would affect my ACH deposit. I reached out to the Tempe office 5 times without response. I have leftv2 messages and texted twice. I have not received my finances. I'm greatly disappointed in the response to to this urgent matter.
