“My experience at planned parenthood was amazing Dr. K, Megan, Silvia, Rachel, and all of the staff were kind, caring, and mindful of my situation. I had a very unpleasant experience with my OB, and a friend suggested that I go to planned parenthood. I was the best decision I could have every made not only did I get the care that I needed, I was taught and shown what my care should look like, and how my body should respond to certain treatments, the best part was that I was affordable, I didn’t have to go into debt to get the care that I needed. “I would give 5 stars to both providers I have seen but the front desk is awful. No patient portal, not even an office email address. I completed my intake forms but didn’t print them as most modern offices have email capabilities. I was made to fill out all 16 pages again which made me have to take more time off than expected. Yesterday they asked for my insurance card which I never received this year. I have been emailing or faxing a copy from the aetna app without issues at SEVERAL other offices. They said they need the physical card. They are not welcoming, helpful or inviting, they act annoyed that you are there.“

“If you are a patient patient,with lots of money and time on your hands, use this provider. Otherwise, I do not recommend this provider. Practitioners are awesome. Nice people. Caring and very little upselling during the appointments. The managerial, administration and billing side of the business is terrible and inefficient,with no caring for the customer/patient. 1. Uncaring customer service. Very hard to talk to a person. Using Klara, the messaging system, goes almost to a ghosting channel. Associates do not read and analyze the documentation provided. It is hard to get an answer to specific questions living the customer in the dark for weeks. 2. They over charged for services and charged for services not provided. After almost a month I still have not gotten a refund for a non provided service. 3. They quote services at full price and then the patient has to pay at front for certain services. Even if the service is covered by the insurance, they charge full price, not the negotiated price. Then the patient has to submit the request for the difference between the insurance approved price and the payment done at front. It's been over a week since I requested the refund for the over paid service. Still no resolution or an answer on Klara.I provided all the information. 4. Messi billing and super bills. Unclear information about the provider to submit self claims to insurance. Ambiguous information in the billing matching the notes in the patient record of the services provided to verify the charges. After a few tries,in finally got a super bill to process my own claim 5. Patient portal does not allow to see detail notes about the service provided. I had to go back to the office where the service was provided and request a print out of my records because the portal does not offer that detail. 6. Hard to schedule appointments. Communication from the appointments department is poor. 7. No place to submit complains about the service. The portal has a messaging system that seem to look good. But when messages are submitted it seems that people do not read There is no ability to provide service feedback.“

“The phlebotomist Rekha was super kind and super patient. I have horrible anxiety and get really timid and scared in most medical offices due to having seizures in my past from bad experiences. Dr Ragaini was also very kind and understanding during my exams. Another assistant came and held my other hand so I didn't flinch and hurt myself on accident, she was also very kind. I was super scared and crying and they handled it perfectly and I couldn't be more thankful and apologetic for my behavior haha. First experience at a gynecologist and it went pretty well.“

“Can’t say enough good things about this place. I was an absolute wreck and mess and terrified about the procedure . My nurse Darby was so kind to me. She gave me time I needed when I asked for time. I was so scared about doing this and feeling pain. I received my IV, the room spinned around, and I was out. I woke up in the recovery room. Extremely painless. I worked myself up and panicked for nothing. I 100% recommend this place in every aspect.“
