“I would highly recommend this place. I'm a little bit older and really was intimidated by weights but I know I have a good start to work with. I just don't know proper technique and what to do to get the results that I want this has been the best experience I have had working out at a gym. Rigo was the first one to contact me and he was amazing. He was encouraging. He was not pushy and then when I first got there, I was shy and I was a little intimidated, but then Ben made me immediately feel comfortable. He was very informative knowledgeable and pushed me more than I would have done on my own. I highly recommend !!!!!“
