I know now that my husband and I made the right choice in trusting Neptune Society for our end of life care. Every detail following my husband’s passing was handled by them with compassion and kindness. Thank you especially to Lorraine Wiggins and her assistant Elizabeth as they continue to check on my well-being and that of our family.
This is not a subject that people like to discuss. The Neptune Society makes this difficult time much easier to deal with. I know from personal experience when my mother in law passed, they were very professional and compassionate. That is why my wife and I have also enlisted their services for when our time comes.
I would like to say that no one is really ready when a family member dies. The staff at Neptune made this time much easier. I don’t think I could have done it without them. I am so glad we decided to set everything up in advance. You just don’t know when the end will come but I am happy that they could take care of everything during such a difficult time. I highly recommend Neptune.
